Resources for Election Workers
Please note: New Texas voting laws went into effect in 2021. Some parts of the law have been challenged in the courts, so the law and how elections are conducted could change. While we strive to keep our voting resources current, you may want to contact your county’s election administrator to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
The DRTx Voting Rights Team is available to assist you with conducting an accessibility audit for your polling site and providing training to your polling site workers on disability voting rights. Call our Voting Rights Hotline at 1-888-796-VOTE (8683) to schedule an audit or a training. In addition, the following resources are available to help you ensure your polling site is fully accessible during early voting and on election days.
